  • Supervises entire on-site team
  • Fair Housing trained
  • Knowledge of and experience in: Financial Analysis, Leasing and Marketing Strategies, Personnel Management, Maintenance Operations, Fair Housing/ADA Compliance and Customer Service
  Assistant Property Manager/Bookkeeper :
  • Primarily responsible for assisting the Property Manager however they need it
  • Perform basic accounting tasks
  • Input rent checks/Refund security deposits
  • Lease apartments when required
  • Fair Housing trained
  • Knowledge of and experience in: Rent Collections, Reporting, Leasing and Customer Service
